What is Tabata?
Tabata is a high-energy interval workout designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a short amount of time! Each round follows a 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off format—completing eight rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next. Modifications are provided for every movement, making this class perfect for every body—no matter your fitness level or experience.

Getting Started is Simple
All you need is:
Choose a spot where you can safely jump, squat, or stretch. Indoor or outdoor, anywhere works!
A variety of free weights
Have a light, medium, and heavy set available so you can adjust the challenge for each exercise. (Water bottles or household items work too if you’re just starting out!)
A towel and water
Show up, give your best effort, and honor your body. Every session is a step toward feeling stronger and more empowered.
